Recept na domácí majonézu

Výroba domácí majonézy není vůbec nic složitého a je to velmi rychlá záležitost. Můžete ji ukuchtit z celého vejce nebo jen ze žloutku, ale my si uvedeme recept pouze ze žloutku, aby mohla být vzniklá majonéza použitá i pro recepty z protikvasinkové diety.

Vyklepněte žloutek do úzké nádoby, která co nejvíce kopíruje tvar tyčového mixéru.

Dolijte 150 ml oleje a vymačkněte do směsi šťávu z citrónu. Množství libovolně od 1 polévkové lžíce po šťávu z půky citrónu. Žloutek a olej by měly mít pokud možno podobnou teplotu. Osolte špetkou soli a jemně opepřete.

Ponořte tyčový mixér až na dno. Nastavte nejnižší otáčky a zapněte. Opravdu pomalu zvedejte. Tímto způsobem by měla být majonéza hotová během několika vteřin.
